We are looking for a SAP Netweaver consultant to join our team who can detect and define problems, evaluate solutions and provide detailed design and architecture.

• Act as a key player in the team with strong analytical skills and developer expertise;
• Define requirements and solution design in agile methods, support the full lifecycle from the requirements and analysis phase;
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Technical analysis and design. Effort estimations;
• Development and maintenance of applications in accordance with the specifications;
• Work with the core team with influence on design, architecture, development and business decisions;
• Prototyping of IT systems, modules and components. Programming IT software (IT development);
• Drafting documentation (technical and functional);
• Evaluation and testing of products delivered by external system suppliers to ensure their compliance with the project specifications and required methodology;
• Integration with other applications;
• Unit testing and acceptance test;
• Maintain and enhance existing product code;
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies through training and professional development.

Applicant profile: 

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in engineering or similar (desirable);
• Programming experience with SAP ABAP (mandatory) or Java (optional) and environment (SAP Workbench, SAP-ABAP, ABAP-Objects, ABAP performance tuning, SQL Trace, RFC, iDoc/ALE, BAPI and SAP Workflow; SAP-Dynpro / Web-Dynpro, FIORI / Eclipse);
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP system ERP 6.0 (EHP 8) and higher;
• Experience developing in some of the SAP modules (FI/CO/PP/MM/LE/SD/PS/HR);
• SAP Smartforms and Adobe Forms;
• Expertise in non-traditional SAP development, integration and test tools like SAP NetWeaver, SAP Web AS, SAP J2EE, WSDL, Web services, XML;
• SOA expertise with the SAP SOA solution (SAP Composition Environment) and with Web Services development in SAP;
• Knowledge of IDOC, RFC/BAPI development and ALE;
• User exits, BADIs and SAP enhancement concepts;
• Experience with Workflows (optional);
• Experience with SAP PI/PO/HANA (optional);
• Quality coding oriented;
• Dynamism, proactivity, sense of responsibility and critical thinking;
• Drive for the best software development practices;
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team;
• Capacity and enthusiasm for teamwork and customer orientation;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• An excellent knowledge of spoken and written English is mandatory.
